Each composer is provided a bio, and their important works are described. Then, hundreds of links are provided so the student can watch many works by each composer. Entire Musicals are watched on film, around 50 of them, as a part of the course. (We have provided links for free views of many of them.)
The history of this great modern art form is unveiled through the works of its greatest composers and works. The student receives many "backstage" glimpses into the processes of Musical Theater. The course was authored by a man who has directed and performed in over 200 musicals, as well as having written over 40, often produced from London, to Los Angeles, and even in St. Petersburg, Russia! He understands Musicals, and shares his lifelong passion of them with the student. For the serious student, age 11 - adult.
