The first semester in year two of creative writing for Step 2, students ages 7-8, and for students of any age  who are developing literacy).  

This huge Creative Writing course starts with a quick review of the story elements covered in Creative Writing 1 and 2.   Then, the student is walked through the basics of plot construction, including building characters, and explanations in how to develop action and conflict through the character's attempts to get what they want, and their confrontations with problems.  

A detailed, hands-on, fun course which will take the student a long way toward understanding what a good story is, and reveal skills the student may not have even known he or she possessed! All while developing literacy.
