This course delves into vocabulary and geography while teaching the student the history of our yearly celebration of a new start.   The student watches selected videos from around the world. Then the course guides the student through the creation of his or her own New Year's short story, while teaching some of the essentials of story writing. Finally, the course helps the student use New Years as a tool to plan future endeavors.

A fun, challenging course that can be done in about two weeks, for students ages 6-8.
